Marie-Cécile started her career as an auditor at Arthur Andersen before joining BNP Paribas as a financial analyst working with listed companies.
She then became a Capital Investor at Banexi (BNP group) and gained experience in various stages of corporate financing including venture capital, growth capital, LBO transactions and mezzanine financing. Marie-Cécile took part in the creation of Euromezzanine which became EMZ in 1998 as a Partner and has invested in many sectors: Distribution, Industry, B2B services. Marie-Cécile is a graduate of HEC and the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris. She is also a member of the SFAF (Société Française des Analystes Financiers) and is an Independent Administrator.
