Emmanuel Harlé


After starting his career in strategy and organisation consulting (Sora/IDHR), Emmanuel Harlé joined the SAT/Sagem/CSEE group to participate in the launch of a new telecom subsidiary.

In 1980, after becoming Chief Financial Officer of the Mors group, a listed company facing difficulties, he took part in the recovery of this company and then in a large acquisition program. He then joined the Suez group in the Investment Banking department of Indosuez, before becoming Investment Manager of one off the group subsidiary, Astorg Investment Company. After successfully taking part in a second business recovery (the German subsidiary of Sanara, a listed transportation group).

In 1988 he participated in the creation of the France Capital Développement fund, specializing in majority investments and build-up operations.

In 1995, Emmanuel Harlé participated in the fundraising and first investments of Morgan Grenfell et Associés.

In 1998, he founded Industries & Finances Partenaires, a fund dedicated to the sector consolidation of SMEs. Emmanuel Harlé is a graduate of the Institut d’Etudes Politiques in Paris.
