The CTN group is a French leader in the supply of stand design products for the trade fair and the PR events market (floors, walls and ceilings). Its principal know-how lies in the depth of its product ranges and its ability to deliver a large volume of small orders within 24 hours to a multitude of sites with a margin close to 40%.
In a particularly recurring model, we aimed to (i) create a player more focused on Europe, (ii) expand the product offering to develop additional sales with existing customers, and (iii) prospect new commercial opportunities to diversify the customer base. 2 drivers were used: Build-up and internationalization.
Supported by the Bee Up Capital team, CTN became a European player over 3 years. The group has grown significantly in Belgium, the UK and Spain through recruitment and site extensions (+32% growth outside France over the period). CTN has opened up new commercial opportunities including retail networks (point of sales materials such as display, mannequins or information posters) and has launched new services/products with the targeted acquisition of the company Like Mirror (large size mirrors with frame-stretched films).
